Viktoria Wasseralfingen | Restaurant & Opening Hours
FV Viktoria Wasseralfingen 1908 e.V. is much more than a classic football club: At Erzstollen, the club restaurant, youth football, senior work, and community events come together. The history begins in 1908 with the founding as Suevia Wasseralfingen; in 1932, the club moved to Wilhelmsstollen and gradually transformed a rubble heap into its current home. Today, the club has around 600 members and combines football with recreational sports, club life, and regular activities for fans, families, and members. For inquiries about the restaurant, opening hours, match schedule, FuPa, indoor tournaments, or directions, Viktoria Wasseralfingen is a place that brings together sports, meeting points, and local history. Club Restaurant at Erzstollen: Opening Hours and Kitchen
The club restaurant at Erzstollen is a central meeting point of FV Viktoria Wasseralfingen and is described on the club's website not as just any restaurant, but as part of the club's operations. In December, it was operated independently by dedicated members; the club also points out that changing small dishes are offered, which can be requested in advance via a contact form. This defines the character of the house: It is not just about food and drink, but about the typical togetherness of a lively clubhouse, where match days, regulars' tables, short evenings after training, and small private meetings come together. Those looking for a location with football proximity, down-to-earth atmosphere, and real club connection will find exactly this profile here. ([viktoria-wasseralfingen.de](https://viktoria-wasseralfingen.de/startseite/vereinsgaststaette-am-erzstollen/))
For planning a visit, the opening hours are particularly helpful, as the club distinguishes between summer and winter. From May to September, the restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM, and on Sundays and public holidays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The warm kitchen operates during this time from Tuesday to Saturday from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sundays and public holidays from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM. From October to April, the hours are Tuesday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday to Saturday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Sundays and public holidays from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. This seasonal structure fits well with a club area that becomes particularly lively in the afternoon, evening, and on weekends. Especially for guests who want to combine food, football, and sociability, the club restaurant is a reliable point of contact. ([viktoria-wasseralfingen.de](https://viktoria-wasseralfingen.de/startseite/vereinsgaststaette-am-erzstollen/nachrichten-vereinsgaststaette/))
From an SEO perspective, the restaurant is also the strongest search magnet, as the most common user questions revolve around opening hours, menu, meeting point, and the character of the clubhouse. The website itself shows that the restaurant does not exist separately from the sports operations, but is closely connected to the club grounds, member meetings, and the ongoing football routine. This gives the location a special credibility: Those who stop by here do not just visit a restaurant, but a piece of club identity. For families, players, visitors of training, or for a casual evening with friends, this mix of sports venue and restaurant culture is the real added value. That is exactly why the search for Viktoria Wasseralfingen is worthwhile not only for football fans but also for anyone who wants to get to know a friendly clubhouse in Aalen-Wasseralfingen. ([viktoria-wasseralfingen.de](https://viktoria-wasseralfingen.de/?utm_source=openai))
Match Schedule 1st Team, FuPa, and Active Football
Inquiries about the match schedule and FuPa lead directly to the football section of the Viktoria Wasseralfingen website. Under Active Football, the club lists its own areas for the squad, match schedule, and table of the 1st team as well as the 2nd team for the 2025/2026 season. On the page for the 1st team match schedule, the club additionally refers to its FuPa presence. This is practical for fans because dates, results, and table standings are quickly findable, and the active section is clearly structured. The website makes it clear that football in Wasseralfingen is digitally and organizationally well represented without losing the connection to the club and the local address. ([viktoria-wasseralfingen.de](https://viktoria-wasseralfingen.de/startseite/fussball-aktive/))
Particularly interesting for classification is the transition from the joint club back to its own club brand. Until the end of the 2024/2025 season, news and the squad of the active players were listed as SG Union Wasseralfingen; from the 2025/2026 season, they will appear again as Viktoria Wasseralfingen. Thus, the search term football is not just a general keyword but refers to a real phase of reorganization in the club's appearance. This is complemented by the senior teams with fixed training locations at the sports field at Erzstollen and by the youth section, which has its own match schedule pages for Bambini and F-youth on the website. So, those looking for match schedule, football, FuPa, or table will find not only match dates but a clear view of the entire sports structure of the club. ([viktoria-wasseralfingen.de](https://viktoria-wasseralfingen.de/startseite/fussball-aktive/))
The presence on FuPa is more than just a link. It shows that Viktoria Wasseralfingen remains visible in the regional football environment, and results, team data, and match day topics are findable in an environment typical for amateur football. This corresponds exactly to the user interest behind the search terms fuPa, match schedule, and football: Many interested parties want to quickly know when games are played, what the teams are called, and where they can find current information. The club meets this expectation with a combined structure of its own website and an external football platform. For local SEO, this is ideal because searchers are directly led to where they can find the next match day, table developments, or organizational notes of the active players. ([viktoria-wasseralfingen.de](https://viktoria-wasseralfingen.de/fussball/fussball-aktive/spielplan-1-mannschaft/))
Directions, Parking, and Location at Erzstollen
The club is located according to the imprint at Erzhäusle 19, 73433 Aalen; the sports area is located at Erzstollen in Wasseralfingen. This combination makes the location particularly clear in the local search context: Those searching for Viktoria Wasseralfingen, clubhouse, or sports field do not mean an abstract place, but a clearly described club area with historical roots. The official history also explains that the place was promised to Viktoria in 1932 below the Erzstollen and that a football field was created there from a rubble heap. Thus, the place is not just an address but a developed sports facility with real identity. ([viktoria-wasseralfingen.de](https://viktoria-wasseralfingen.de/startseite/impressum/?utm_source=openai))
For visits with a higher volume of visitors, the club's page on public viewing provides particularly useful orientation. There, the club explicitly recommends arriving by train, using public parking in Wasseralfingen, and arriving by bicycle or on foot. At the same time, the page describes the location as a nature feeling in the middle of the Braunenberg forest area. This is especially helpful for events because visitors can not only search for a parking space but also consciously and relaxed plan their arrival. So, those searching for parking or directions do not receive a standard answer but a concrete visitor recommendation from the club's environment. ([viktoria-wasseralfingen.de](https://viktoria-wasseralfingen.de/publicviewing/))
Additionally, Erzstollen has also been used as a venue for larger formats. During public viewing at the Stollen, there was talk of a festival tent over 640 square meters with an LED screen, which was designed for a broad audience. This shows that the area can accommodate different visitor flows depending on the occasion and is not limited to everyday club operations. For those searching for a location with club character, football connection, and occasional large events, this is an important signal. The location in Wasseralfingen, the connection via public transport, and the recommendation to arrive on foot, by bike, or via public parking make the location a pragmatic destination for many types of visits. ([viktoria-wasseralfingen.de](https://viktoria-wasseralfingen.de/publicviewing/))
Youth, Indoor Tournaments, and Public Viewing at the Stollen
The youth department is an essential part of the Viktoria Wasseralfingen brand. On the coach page, the club shows a broad structure from Bambini to A-youth; in 2025, the club also introduced 21 youth coaches and described them as the backbone of youth work. What is particularly strong is that the club emphasizes not only football knowledge but also team spirit, fair play, and personal development. This makes youth topics so relevant for search inquiries: Those searching for photos, youth football, indoor tournaments, or club insights will find a youth work that is clearly organized and goes beyond mere match dates. The club thus conveys an image of sustainable training and familial continuity. ([viktoria-wasseralfingen.de](https://viktoria-wasseralfingen.de/startseite/fussball-junioren/jugend-trainerteam/))
Viktoria Wasseralfingen is also regularly present in indoor football. Local reports describe a tournament series in the Talsporthalle Wasseralfingen as well as the Wasseralfinger Day of Football, which was held as an indoor tournament with several teams. FuPa also reported on the Dreikönigsturnier in Wasseralfingen and referred to the match schedule as well as the participation of FV Viktoria Wasseralfingen. For the search term indoor tournament, this is particularly valuable because it denotes not just a single event but a recurring tournament culture in the area. This creates the impression of a club that also plays an important role in the regional football calendar outside of the pitch. ([schwaebische-post.de](https://www.schwaebische-post.de/sport/fussball/drei-tage-rollt-der-ball-in-der-talsporthalle-90377489.html?utm_source=openai))
The public viewing at the Stollen finally shows how flexibly the club uses its infrastructure. Since 2012, the Alte Schmiede has been a fixed meeting point for football fans, the club wrote; for the EM 2024, the format moved to the club grounds at Erzstollen. There, the club combined nature feeling, club atmosphere, and watching football together in a festival tent over 640 square meters. Such formats make the location interesting not only for sports enthusiasts but also for event seekers. The mix of clubhouse, sports area, community experience, and summer large events fits exactly with the terms photos, logo, beer garden, and events, as the place overall has a very distinctive visual and emotional impact. ([viktoria-wasseralfingen.de](https://viktoria-wasseralfingen.de/publicviewing/))
History since 1908 and Club Life Today
The history of Viktoria Wasseralfingen is an essential part of its appeal. In 1908, 16 young men founded the football club Suevia Wasseralfingen under Eugen Harsch, which was soon renamed FV Viktoria Wasseralfingen. Initially, they played at Birkle, before the area at Wilhelmsstollen became available in 1932. The Wasseralfingen municipal council granted the Viktoria the place, and over two years, a football field was created from a rubble heap through voluntary labor. A dilapidated barrack of a former glassblowing factory was also transformed into the clubhouse. This history is not only rich in tradition but also very locally vivid and provides exactly the authenticity that often makes the difference in club pages and location texts. ([viktoria-wasseralfingen.de](https://viktoria-wasseralfingen.de/startseite/geschichte/))
Later, the club developed further and opened up with new departments. In 1951, table tennis was added, in 1974 women's gymnastics, in 1981 a mother-and-child group, and also in 1981 the tennis department, which enriched the sports area at Erzstollen with three tennis courts with floodlights. Although some departments were later closed again, the club remained active and continually sought new paths. In 2015, the three football clubs in Wasseralfingen founded the joint club Union Wasseralfingen. Today, the website again shows the independent appearance of Viktoria, including football, youth, seniors, recreational sports, club restaurant, and organizational chart. This combination of tradition and adaptability explains why the name still has a high recognition value in the area today. ([viktoria-wasseralfingen.de](https://viktoria-wasseralfingen.de/startseite/geschichte/))
The current club life is also visible on the homepage. There are references to the general meeting in the club restaurant, reports about a jersey donation for children in Kenya, and a New Year's celebration. Such topics show that Viktoria Wasseralfingen not only offers sports but also lives community and takes social and organizational tasks seriously. For those searching for logo, photos, or clubhouse, this creates a coherent overall picture: a down-to-earth, historically grown club with a clear home at Erzstollen, with active youth, with its own events, and with a restaurant that functions as a meeting point for the entire environment. This mixture of past, present, and practical usability makes the location strong in searches and unmistakable. ([viktoria-wasseralfingen.de](https://viktoria-wasseralfingen.de/?utm_source=openai))

Excellent restaurant with German cuisine. Open late. We were there on Saturday after 7 PM - the kitchen was running. Portions are large. Schnitzel as big as Bavaria!! Thank you very much. Everything was delicious!

Nice beer garden for a drink on the go. The food, unfortunately, was completely unappetizing :( The salad plate was unappetizing, the lettuce was completely shredded and already falling apart, the rest came from a jar (carrots and coleslaw) or a bucket (potato salad). The tarte flambée was topped with foul-smelling cheese instead of sour cream. Also, the food took a very long time to arrive, even though it wasn't that busy.

The beer garden is nice, the food is mediocre and overpriced. Generally, it's rather neglected; tables aren't cleaned, and the toilet bins are overflowing. The staff is only moderately competent. I wouldn't go back. What a shame.

Great beer garden with traditional German food, a lovely playground for children, and nice walking paths. The food and drinks were very good. I'll be back soon.
