Always having a great experience here, the staff is very nice and generous, rooms are pretty clean as well as the ones designated to rehearsal. Only four stars because of the food, some meals just didn't taste good and looked very flat. Overall still an incredible time there.

DO NOT attend events at this place! No seating, excessive security and restrictions. Cannot even bring in a bottle of water. Instead they overcharge and profiteer on everything they can. Events are way overpriced for the performances and facilities. Maybe Germany has low standards but if you are a tourist you will be very disappointed. There are much better castles and events in the area. Consider those first. You have been warned, do not attend events at this place.
