Raise the curtain for 20 years of theater passion in Waldhausen

The Theater Group of the Music Society Waldhausen 1924 e.V. is celebrating its 20th stage anniversary with Ralph Benatzky's popular operetta The White Horse Inn. On October 25, 2026, the community hall Waldhausen will transform into a cheerful world full of love entanglements, music, dance, and pointed dialogues.

Romantic entanglements at Lake Wolfgang

The spotlight is on the headwaiter Leopold, whose heart beats for his resolute boss Josepha. However, the innkeeper of the White Horse Inn is interested in the charming Dr. Siedler. As more guests arrive, jealousy, misunderstandings, and amorous entanglements take their comedic course.

Operetta magic between acting, music, and dance

Benatzky's operetta combines a romantic storyline with musical flair and revue-style stage art. Catchy melodies, quick role changes, and the dynamics of the ensemble give the production its unmistakable pace. Acting, singing, and movement interweave to create a lively theater atmosphere.

Anniversary production with a special connection to the society

For the 20th time, the members of the theater group will take the stage. This long-standing connection shapes the stage experience: The community hall becomes an accessible performance space where comedic timing, musical joy, and communal energy meet the audience directly. Between warm stage light, cheerful scenes, and familiar operetta sounds, a festive cultural evening for theater and music lovers is created.

An evening full of humor and musical joy

The performance lasts from 20:00 to 23:00. The advance ticket price is 16 euros, while tickets at the box office cost 19 euros. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the community hall Waldhausen; reservations can be made by phone.

Conclusion: Enjoy the stage experience live

The White Horse Inn combines operetta charm, romantic turbulence, and humorous ensemble art for an uplifting theater evening.
