Christmas Magic for the Whole Family at the Family Day in Aalen
When the Reichsstädter Advent lights up in Aalen, the Spritzenhausplatz becomes a meeting point for families. At the Family Day on December 15, 2026, children and parents can discover creative offerings, wintry market atmosphere, and diverse activities for small and large guests together.
Crafting, tinkering, and creating your own ideas
In a city Christmas hut, crafting and tinkering take center stage. Children can let their imagination run wild and create their own works. This supports age-appropriate learning experiences, fine motor development, and focused, shared activities.
Carousel, gastronomy, and festive atmosphere
Market vendors and gastronomy businesses also participate with special offerings at the Family Day. A carousel brings shining eyes, while the Christmas-decorated Spritzenhausplatz, with its scents, lights, and colorful impressions, creates an atmospheric family experience.
Special program points for children
The family program includes additional highlights depending on the event day, such as baking bread on a campfire, puppet theater, and face painting. Thus, the Family Day combines creative learning fun with movement, wonder, and shared time during the Advent season.
Family-friendly and free of charge
Admission to the Family Day is free. The open program offers families the opportunity to experience pre-Christmas activities without admission costs. Parents are kindly asked to ensure warm clothing and usual supervision of their children, especially in the areas of the carousel, campfire, and crowded market stalls.
Conclusion: Experience Advent Together
The Family Day at the Spritzenhausplatz promises children's laughter, creative discoveries, and festive shared time. Families will experience a varied Advent day in Aalen with crafting offers, a carousel, and other child-friendly program points. Those wanting to visit the Reichsstädter Advent with children will find here a festive occasion for a special family experience.
