Black and White: Aalen in Focus
The exhibition Black/White - Views of a City invites you on October 21, 2026, to the KONRAD Café & Bar in Aalen. The focus is on the photographic perception of urban spaces: contrasts, contours, and the quiet tension between architecture, everyday life, and urban space.
Between Contrast and Atmosphere
Black and white reduces the world to light and dark, thereby opening a precise view of shapes, lines, and surfaces. Facades gain graphic strictness, shadows become independent visual elements, familiar places appear in a new aesthetic order.
Views of a City
Examining the works focuses on Aalen as an evolved living space. City views tell stories of movement and stillness, of architectural structures and human presence. The exhibition thus connects documentary observation with aesthetic experience.
Art Experience at KONRAD
The KONRAD Café & Bar in the media house combines culture, encounters, and an urban atmosphere. Between café, bar, and concept store, an accessible framework for the exhibition is created: a place where concentrated image observation meets a lively urban experience.
Conclusion: Seeing Aalen Anew
Black/White - Views of a City promises a quiet, focused art experience with a sharpened eye for the visual structures of Aalen. Those who want to connect photography, urban history, and contemporary exhibition culture should experience this evening live at KONRAD Café & Bar.
