All Opera! – great feelings, great voices, great stage music

When love, longing, jealousy, and despair find a musical voice, an evening full of dramatic tension begins in the Stadthalle Aalen. The concert All Opera! combines well-known highlights from the opera repertoire with the sonic power of the Concert Choir Aalen and the Philharmonic Orchestra Schwäbisch Gmünd.

Opera as emotional world theater

The selection takes you deep into those contradictory emotional realms that have shaped opera for centuries: overwhelming joy meets sorrow, passion encounters loss, loneliness confronts the desire for closeness. Works by Giuseppe Verdi, Carl Maria von Weber, Georges Bizet and other composers unfold their impact in large melodic arcs and compelling choral scenes.

Choral sound meets symphonic timbres

The centerpiece of the stage experience is the interplay between the concert choir and the orchestra. The choral parts provide a wide sound architecture for the evening, while the symphonic accompaniment creates bright colors, dramatic contrasts, and a powerful theatrical atmosphere. Thus, a concert evening is created that appeals to opera lovers as well as visitors who wish to rediscover the world of performing arts.

Solo voices and musical direction

The musical direction is entrusted to Knud Jansen and Katja Trenkler. Soloists include Margarita Vilsone, soprano, and Michael Ha, tenor. Antonia Morin will guide through the program and create a connecting framework between the individual opera highlights.

An evening for the entire emotional palette

The dramaturgy of All Opera! focuses on immediate impact: famous melodies, powerful voices, and an ensemble that fills the stage with musical presence. Acoustics, choral sound, and orchestral dynamics allow the Stadthalle to become a resonance chamber for those great stories that have touched audiences for generations.

Conclusion: Experience live opera

The audience can expect an emotionally charged stage experience with opera classics by Verdi, Weber, Bizet, and others. Those who want to experience the magic of great voices, the precision of choral music, and the dramatic power of symphonic accompaniment firsthand will find in Aalen a festive concert evening full of passion.
